Divorce

It's been a long time. While trying to think of things for my 5 year olds school Time Line project, I decided to look through my old blog for ideas. Boy did that get emotions going!

Last Oct of 2010, My husband told me he wasn't sure if he loved me anymore. It was tough, but we decided we would make our marriage work. In Dec, he told me he wanted a divorce. In Feb I found out he had been having an affair with his boss. He was in love with her. All the late nights at work were actually spent with her at the bar drinking and what not. There is so much more to the story...things that happened throughout this whole time. A lot of mind games. A LOT of lies.

Needless to say, we are in the process of divorce. 14 years down the drain. He ruined a good thing, tore our family apart and is now not even being a good father. He's become a very selfish person that only cares about himself. With his new cool hair, designer clothing, cologne and social life. He's living single life with a bachelor pad. My how people change. I don't even recognize him.

oh, that is a sad story...
From "Kung Fu Panda" :
Yesterday was history,
Tomorrow's a mystery
And today is a gift!
That's why they call it present!
All the best from a blog skipping stranger!!

I hope that everything has been getting only better for you day by day. I do not understand why men do this, why they just throw their families away for a cool haircut, clothes and other crap. Sending love your way. xo

Please ask him to F off from your life. You don't even deserve it. I'm happy you found out this soon. I'm sure there is something amazing waiting for you, right after this. So, get over with it and smile. God bless you. I'm usually a person who doesn't pray for others. But today I'm going to pray - a long prayer for you. Stay strong! :)

It is strange, I have seen es before, the same story twice. I think the reason is because men can not deal with stresses and responsibilities as good as women which come with marriage and getting children. Their midlife crisis is also one of the reason of such behavior. I am a father and I can not understand how a man can do such things to his children, then there is nothing more important to me in the world than my son and my wife.Just to give you some relief, his lost was far more grater than yours, you still have the most precious love on the earth, the love to your child which will give you the strength to overcome all unpleasant memories

Thank you. It's now been 8 months since he's had any contact with our children. It's hurt them so much. He's missed birthdays and holidays... Not even a phone call.
