Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex

Finally, there is a name for what I've been going through! Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex
My friend posted this on a forum and as soon as I started to read it I began to cry. I've been dealing with this for so long now and it's nice to know that I'm not crazy, this is an actual condition and there is a name for it!
I'll be trying some of the suggested natural remedies asap.
I hope others suffering from Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex(D-MER)stumble upon this information so they know they are not alone and there is help.

Melissa, have you had any success with any of the natural treatments listed on the D-MER.org site?

Damion! Is the the Damion I think it is? It's been forever!
I have been taking a suggested remedy. The Rhodiola. I do think it's been helping, but I still have my moments. Especially if I have I'm really full and have a big milk let down.

Yes, this is the Damion you think it is. I check back on this blog of yours from time to time to see how you and your family are doing. (A downside to the internet: it's easier than picking up a phone, especially for an introvert.)

If a big milk letdown still produces the dysphoria, perhaps a breast-pump could be preemptively employed to eliminate big letdowns. I realize that the use of a breast-pump might run a little contrary to the natural path you prefer to tread, but if it lessens any misery it might be worth it. A possible upside to a breast-pump would be that it could give Josh and Nevin a chance to experience feeding Chloe as well.
