Hey Melissa, sorry to hear about the morning sickness....I looked some stuf up online and here's the link to some sites that might help you. http://www.morningsicknesshelp.com/ But if you can't keep ANYTHING, even water, down for more than 12 hours, go to the ER cuz you'll probably end up becoming dehydrated, which is not a good thing. By the way, how long until you go to Disney?? I'm oficially planning my next trip. I find out tomorrow if we're going or not, so i'm extremley excited.
Awww, so sorry! But yes, our Midwife said that the yucky feelings come from the good hormones that cause a healthy pregnancy, so that was supposed to help me feel better when talking to the porcelain bowl...
Of course mentally I felt great, physically, not so much! the only thing that helped me was LEMON!! Anything lemon... candies, lemon juice, and sucking directly on a lemon.... I was a sour puss, but felt instant relief.
I'd cut a lemon at night and have it waiting for me first thing in the morning, and suck on the hard candies through the day, then back to the real lemon at night.
Ginger wasn't my friend, but i've heard it works for lots of people.
I've been having good luck sipping Metromint Water in spearmint and peppermint flavors, even when regular water made my tummy turn.
I'm so jealous about disneyland, because I am craving a mint julip from the french quarter sooo bad, not sure if my tummy would like it too much though...

Fresh air. It helped a bit for me. Otherwise just trying to keep your mind busy. I had horrible ms with both of my daughters. I feel your pain!

Awww. I hope you feel better. Did you get MS with your other two?
I have heard from friends of mine who went through it that ginger either in juice or biscuit form is a great help.
